How to choose a price in order to sell faster and not offend yourself?

Usually, the owner values ​​his “favorite” much more expensive than the buyer. Let's turn to the Internet for help. First, we look at the price tags for similar cars (model, year, equipment) in Moscow. It is in the capital, and not in the hometown. From the resulting range, we will calculate the selling price. To confirm the correctness of the price, let's look at the cost of cars a year older and younger, more intensively equipped and simpler.

The selling price is not always in the middle of the resulting range. A more accurate price is calculated as follows: the range is divided in half, each half is also halved. As a result, we get 4 ranges: the first with the lowest, and the fourth with the most expensive cars.

The first group includes cars with the biggest problems. Most often this is a body with paint chips, scratched, cracked bumpers, skewed doors, hood, trunk. These are all defects that are clearly visible. This also includes high mileage, smoky and dirty, unkempt interior, technical problems: engine defects, transmission defects, etc.
