It is also encouraging that global brands that previously refused to import diesel modifications of their models to Ukraine because of low-quality fuel have revised their opinion and today almost every car brand presented in Ukraine has at least several models equipped with diesel engines in its lineup. ... In view of this, domestic experts analyzed the market and prepared a list of the most popular diesel models.
The most popular car with a diesel engine at the moment in Ukraine is considered the VW Polo model, equipped with a 1.4-liter 75-horsepower engine and consuming only 3.4 l / 100 km. The next on the list was the Fiesta model from the American automaker Ford - it is proposed with a 1.5-liter engine that consumes 3.7 liters / 100 km.
The third and fourth lines of the list are shared by Peugeot 208/308 and Citroen C4, equipped with 1.6-liter engines and consuming 3.8 and 4 l / 100 km, respectively.
Next came the following models: Ford Focus (1.6-liter 115 hp engine), Hyundai i20 (1.4-liter engine with 90 hp) and Skoda Rapid (1.6-liter and 103 hp). ), the fuel consumption of which varies in the range of 4.3-4.4 liters.
Renault Logan closes the list, which is also the most affordable car with a diesel engine. The car is equipped with a 1.5-liter 75 hp engine.
